Elijah Update

Yesterday Lij was supposed to have his check up, but it got pushed back to this morning, so he missed another day of school. In the picture he is trying to catch up on homework while getting a breathing treatment. Anyway, the doctor is not impressed with Elijah's progress; as there hasn't been any since we got discharged from the hospital. He prescribed more Steroid and wants Elijah to keep up with the breathing treatments for a week. This means I will have to drive into the school to help him. It really won't be a problem since I have to pick up Isaiah 3 days a week anyway. Lij has another check-up scheduled for next Friday and I need to make an appointment for the allergist.

Please pray that this second round of Steroids does the trick and helps him. It would be nice for him to at least go up the stairs with out having to stop and catch his breath. Also pray that they don't make him anymore cranky than they already have. There has been so much bickering in the house this week I am ready to pull my hair out! If there is any change I will of course post and let everyone know.
