Valentine Date

I have wanted to post all week, but just now have had a moment to do so. Tuesday Adam surprised me with a Valentine date. He had told me about it Friday, but didn't tell me what we were doing or where we were going. I hate surprises and the suspense was killing me! Oh, and the fact that he had been planning it for weeks added to the excitement!

So, after dropping the kids off at his mom's we went to Atria's for dinner. I had never been there before so I was thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed my seafood pasta. Next, we headed into Pittsburgh. One of my favorite musicians, Matt Wertz, was playing at Club Diesel. What an awesome surprise!! This took a ton of planning on Adam's part. Matt Wertz is an indie artist and doesn't make it to Pittsburgh often so this was pretty special to me.

This was the opening group The Alternate Routes. I had heard of them but never really listened to any of their music before. It is safe to say I am now a fan! Check them out they really rock.
