Easter

I hope everyone had a great Easter! This is my boys in their Easter outfits, pink is their new favorite color and Isaiah picked out all the outfits. The picture was taken after church and Josiah was a tired little boy. I will post a slide show from some of our other activities later.

Paula

I love reality television and I think American Idol is one of my favorites. That being said, Paula Abdul is enough for me to not want to watch the show. She has become a total goofball. Not only do you have to try and decipher everything she says, but she dresses like a whack job. I looked for a picture from the show last night to prove my point, but couldn't find one. If you saw the show, chances are you know what I'm talking about anyway. What was she wearing? She looked like an ice skater who got dressed in a dark dumpster behind Madonna's house in 1984. I think her gloves were actually pleather. She has worn crazy outfits before, but this one takes the cake! Thank goodness for my DVR!

On the Road Again

Today while the boys were at school, Adam and I went to check out a van we found online. About two hours later we left in separate vehicles! Here is our new van.

So, I'm officially back on the road again and in a big way! We wanted a conversion van so we could tow a trailer if we need to. The boys love it and said it is the coziest car they have ever been in! I can't get over how much room is in the thing.

Vacation Home

My Aunt just sent me this picture. Not sure how or why anyone would do this, but here it is - the back woods vacation home!

The End of the Road

My poor van is no longer able to go. I was driving home with Josiah when we got hit by another car. Very scary. Very loud. The other driver was an elderly woman who claims she never saw me when she pulled onto the main road. It doesn't matter. Her brand new, little red, sporty, sedan is in much worse shape and she got slapped pretty good by her airbags. Thank God for airbags. This poor woman, she never set out to total my old van and her brand new car. The Lord is good, though. No one was hurt and Josiah didn't even really cry. What a trooper. Now I guess we wait on the insurance companies and then look for a new(used) family ride.

When we go to clean out the van I will take some pictures to post.
